Together, we will determine at which price to put your apartment on the market. Pricing is critical in the sale of your property; therefore, we will evaluate this factor on a continuing basis until you receive an acceptable offer. 

SHOWINGS AND OPEN HOUSES: We will coordinate all showings between buyers’ brokers, customers and you. We will host open houses for the public and for brokers with your permission as needed. 

DIRECT MAIL: Our extensive mailings bring more buyers to your apartment. These mailings include New Listing Announcements that will provide details about your apartment to potential purchasers.

FEEDBACK: We will be in regular communication with you to provide feedback from potential purchasers and updates regarding market conditions.

PURCHASE PROCESS: We will pre-qualify potential buyers so only eligible buyers will be considered. We will present all offers to you and will share my opinions and recommendations, but the ultimate choice of which offer to accept is, of course, yours. We will guide you through the sales process and assist you with all aspects of the transaction including, but not limited to, negotiations, analysis of the potential purchasers’ qualifications, board package preparation, and communication with all parties such as attorneys and managing agents.
